Homemade Pork Sausage - gluten free

1 pound lean ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce or sambal oelek
Mix altogether and form into patties or cylinders. Fry in lightly oiled frying pan until done.  May be frozen and reheated.   Can also be used in recipes asking for pork sausage.
